Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thank you for your question.

Mometamax is a mixture of gentamicin and betamethasone. If ingested in small quantities, this should not cause a problem. I would observe the child for a few hours. If there is any vomiting or any signs of hearing loss, I would proceed to the nearest emergency room.

If the amount ingested was significant, to be safe I would visit an emergency room to check a blood level. If you want to make extra sure there are no long-term side effects such as hearing loss, this would be the safest way to proceed.
