Question : My 3 year old daughter has swallowed one 100mcg thyroxin tablet. She appears to be normal and is active. Her pulse is 96. Is it worrisome? Should I get her stomach washed?

Increased heart rate, palpitations, flushing, tremors, diarrhea, anxiety, sleeplessness, swelling of hands and feet along with breathlessness, fever and vomiting.
If any of the above said symptoms develope, please take the child immediately to the nearest Emergency Room.
