Question : Me granddaughter is two and a half. She swallowed a dime. She seems fine. What should I do?

As long as she is breathing comfortably, we do not have to worry that the dime entered her lungs. In this case it will settle in the stomach and eventually be passed. If she remains comfortable, there is nothing to do.
