Question : Hi,
my son 4 year 6 month old swallowed a piece of plastic(generally come with new cloth tag end) 3 days back. plastic size is1mm diameter and 10mm length. not sure on the possibility of rough edge. image attached. his activities are normal, his potty is normal. I need your suggestion to know that kid can pass such kind of object with edges.

First, yes the child can pass such object. in fact may have already passed the object.
Still considering that there are edges give him heavy foods like banana that will help it pass out if not already done so.
Watch his stools for signs of blood.
Best to get an X ray of the abdomen.
