Question : I applied attached ointment(pinch)on my son (4.5 years)wound. Accidentally he swallowed little. is it ok?
Brief Answer:
It should be ok and nothing serious will happen if little cream swallowed..
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I understand your concern.
You are saying that your son swallowed a little of ointment (that contains fusidic acid), then, usually, nothing worrisome won't happen.
If his bowel movement is ok and general health is ok, then, nothing worrisome (no side effect will be produced).
If it has passed already 48 hours after swallowing, and nothing happened, then, everything is ok.
All the best!
