Question : my 3 yr old licked a broken ice pack the contains sodium polyacrylate, sodium carboxymethyllulose, super absorbent restin and sorbitol.....what should we look/watch for? is there concern?

Hi...I understand your concern. Nothing to worry about it. The absorbents are usually non-toxic even when ingested.

As the kid has only licked it, nothing will happen, don''t worry.
