Question : Instead of giving 0.5ml Kufril-LS we have accidentally given my 11 month baby 2 ml. Will there be any side effects.

Let me assure you that you need not worry. Kufnil-LS 2 ml will not cause any harm to your child of 11 months. The only side effect that is likely to occur is increased amount of sleeping but that is not something that you need to worry about.
