Brief Answer:
Not an overdose, so don't worry about it

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM,

I read carefully your question,

It is actually a higher dose then recommended, and it will make you sleepy and drowsy, give some nausea and maybe diarrhea, but in that dose should not cause overdoses and poisoning.

If you have at home any antacid like Calcium Carbonate; Magaldrate; or Sodium Bicarbonate or if you can buy over the counter, they decrease the effect of Allegra. But if you don't have, then should be ok.

Antihistamines are a pretty safe class of drugs, so I would not worry much about it, but would try to not take it anymore like that because of course in a long term use, it may have more side effects.

Let me know if you have other concerns,

Take care,
Dr. Klarida
