Question : What would be the effect of accidentally taking 6 50mg at one time?

Tramadol overdose doesn’t actually occur unless you take between 2.65 and 8.2 grams, which is about 5-18 times the recommended maximum daily dosage.
If still there is no side effect, then it is less likely occur.
