First of all relax , nothing serious will happen . I need to know what is dose of Aspirin you have taken as it comes from 50 mg to 325 mg . Kindly let me know .

So a total of 3 g you have taken . At this dose it can cause gastritis and make you have Pain abdomen or vomiting . I would advise you to take antacid syrup like Gelusil .
