Question : My 35 lb 1 year consumed 600 mg ibuprofen...she isn't really showing signs of any side.effects. she is just sleeping.

That is quite a large dose. The fact that she is sleeping comfortably is a good sign. However, I do think it's important to have her examined. It would be a good idea to take her to an urgent care center or ER.
