Regarding your concern, I would explain that you may safely continue to take your anti-hypertensive therapy as prescribed and don't worry about one day mistakenly overdose, as its effects are completely dissipate within 24 hours.

So, the risk of an over-exaggerated hypotensive effect is actually in existent.

You are advised to be careful with your chronic anti-hypertensive therapy and periodically check your blood pressure values in order to assure that your daily actual drugs dose doesn't need any modification.
