Brief Answer:
Nasal Drops

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your history is concerned you have used nasal drops more than required and which should not happen at all. It is a direct-acting sympathomimetic which has a vasoconstrictor effect by reducing swelling and congestion when applied to mucous membranes. The main side effects of the medication is headache, insomnia, tachycardia, hypertension, nervousness, nausea, dizziness, palpitation, arrhythmia, local stinging or burning, sneezing, dryness of mouth and throat etc so do a physical examination by your local doctor and check his blood pressure and breathing rate per minute. "If" everything is normal then nothing to be worried at all.

Hope that helps

Brief Answer:
Nasal Drops

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your follow up question
As per your history every time you use drop it will go to mouth as it is connected internally .So there is no problem at all.Regarding side effect is concerned there is no relation with liver and kidney damage at all and no further investigation is required.
Do not use this medication always try to reduce it's use for all child cases ,you can use saline drops instead of it .

Hope you got your answers

Thanks
