Question : A 15 year old girl weighing 100 kg gas taken 10 Panadol about 2 hours ago will that kill her.
Brief Answer:
not immediately dangerous
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
10 panadol tablets would equate to 5000 mg if she is used 500mg tablets. At 100kg, the dose that would require immediate treatment would be 20 000 mg in a 24 hour period (40 tablets).
(the dangerous amount varies if taken over 48 and 72 hours)
This dose of 10 tabs is unlikely to kill her but blood tests would normally be done to take a look at the liver to make sure that there is no effect.
The bigger issue would be the reason for the overdose and the immediate need for counselling and protection from future attempts at self harm.
I hope this helps and wish her the best

she seems fine now so will it be fine to let her sleep the night and take her to the doctor first thing in the morning?
Brief Answer:
should at least call your doctor to let him/her know of the attempt
Detailed Answer:
Hi
You may want to consider contacting your doctor because the guidelines surrounding the assessment and treatment of an overdose varies from country to country\
For example, here, though she would not be considered to be in immediate physical harm, psychological and psychiatric departments would need to be informed.
