Yes it can if the amount is too acute and person is least exposed to opioid

Proxyvon is a known opioid medication which causes respiratory depression at very high dosage which may result in death.

If you know somebody who has taken high dose of proxyvon please call ambulance and visit emergency as soon as possible. I do not think we should waste time on thinking about lethality of proxyvon as emergency intervention is more important than having a discussion.
