Brief Answer:
Please watch for any symptoms of discomfort over next few hours

Detailed Answer:
Hi Odomjonnie,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Taking 2 cephalexin 500 mg from a bottle having date 04/10 06 can make you sick.

2. It has been long after the use before date and the medicine or additives can cause a side effect.

3. Please keep a watch over your health for next few hours and if you have diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, dizziness or any discomfort then please consult the ER urgently.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
