Question : My counseling client took 120 mg of Lexapro last night following a fight with her boyfriend. Her normal dose is 20 mg. She feels nauseous and dizzy. Anything she should be doing now? Not suicidal. Acting out.

Brief Answer:
maintain airways and visit emergency if required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

Although 120 mg of Lexapro is not lethal for any adult patient but it is always better to be safe rather than sorry. It is better to take her to nearby emergency for gastric lavage using charcoal.

Also ensure that her airway is open and taking proper breath.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.
