Brief Answer:
First 24 hrs is the most important phase..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Please note that plum stone (not the plum pit) is relatively harmless object, and when swallowed(means it's not that of a bigger size) hardly causes any problem..

That being said, it should be passing by, with your normal bowel movement and activities within 24-72 hrs..

However, you should keep yourself under strict observation(first 24 hrs is the most important phase), and if notice any sudden severe pain abdomen, abrupt vomitings, abdominal distension, drowsiness, difficulty breathing, lethargy etc. then you should visit to near ER/Urgent care for a prompt examination and management accordingly..

As of now nothing to worry, just eat a lot of high fiber food, avoid alcohol/smoking (if you do), drink a lot of water , it should be fine..

Let me know how you stay in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards
