Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, however routine and timely follow-up to continue..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your question and understand your concern for your boyfriend,

No, prune pit, as such, when swallowed, doesn't cause any significant problems unless the person is actually allergic to any of those swallowed substances(which is very unlikely too)..

So, please keep him under observation for the next 48 hrs, as with bowel movement and gastric secretions, it should be digested and the remnant will be excreted..

But if there's any sudden onset vomiting, abdominal pain, distension, loose motion etc. then you need to take him to your nearest ER/hospital for a prompt clinical examination and management accordingly..

Meanwhile, please ensure to drink a lot of water and avoid any alcoholic beverages(if he consumes at all)..

Let me Know how he stays later on..

Take care
Kind Regards
