3000 mg of oleanz is fatal dose. Person cannot survive if he/she does not get immediate treatment as it is almost 100 times higher dose than recommended maximum dose.

There is no specific data available about such dose overdose survival. However patient with 2000 mg has survived as per case report.

With dose of 3000 mg overdose as per my clinical experience negligible chances of survival specifically if delay in treatment.

It leads to excessive sedation and ultimately person becomes unconscious. later on respiratory arrest and person can die.
