Question : What would the effects be of taking the Plan B pill while on birth control? Could it delay my period until next month?

No effect usually

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Usually there occurs no problem but in some patients it can cause withdrawal bleeding or spotting for a while but in general there is no effect on contraception.
But usually there is no need to take plan B at all while on pill.
