As per guidelines, medical abortion is usually successful for pregnancies less than 63 days or 9 weeks . So, you may start off with abortion pills but again this has to be done under the supervision of a gynecologist , under a set protocol, as this may fail even and you may have to resort to surgical evacuation finally.

Is dere any side effects or danger like death because in our case its only upto 40 days of pregnancy so can we go for abortion pills

any pregnancy less than 7 weeks can be easily aborted with medication. It just that there may be chances of heavy bleeding , hence the procedure should always be undertaken under a gynecologist's supervision.

It is important that before medications are contemplated , it is important that you rule out ectopic pregnancy because that is a contraindication for abortion pills. Please get a transvaginal ultrasound done and confirm if its an intrauterine pregnancy or not. Please review with reports. We do not provide prescriptions on this website.
