Question: I am on presodine for my psoriasis...short term for my feet and accidentally took two Advil yesterday afternoon. Last night I was coughing up blood, dizzy and sweating. Today I feel better no coughing up of blood and I am not taking any medication. My stools are still tar black, will this pass or do I need to see my doctor. This is the 1st time.

Hi,

Steroids and aspirin are a lot aggressive to the stomach walls and certainly caused bleeding in the stomach which explains your symptoms. I will recommend Omeprazole 20mg daily for 14days. Avoid making such decisions again in future.
