Acutely, it can lower your blood pressure figures under the desired control levels. However, my opinion is that there is nothing to worry about. I would, however, advise you to assume a resting state, for about 6 houra after taking the extra dose of lisinopril. Drink larger amounts of water, more than you normally do, because excretion of the drug can be helpful. Measure your blood pressure more often during these six hours. I would like to reassure you that dangerous blood pressure figures are not likely. In the chronic medication usage standpoint, you have nothing to worry about. Just restore the medication dosage taking schedule, as you priorly have.
