Question : my husband accidently took all my meds. The ones that concern me are lexapro, benicar and a double dose of spironolactone

Thank for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
I have learned from the history that only one tablet of each medicine was consumed.
With such a small dose,nothing bad would occur to your husband except some increased urination and some lowering of blood pressure.
Give him extra fluids in form of lemon water with some salt.
Ask him to take rest for few hours.
He should be all right.
No problem and nothing to worry.
