Brief Answer:
See your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Phenyl considered as corrosive and depends on the manufacturer that what they have mixed in it.
The phenyl consumption requires emergency visit to the hospital, and based on the severity of burns, the treatment is suggested.
The burning she is feeling is probably because of the burns inside the esophagus and for this purpose we usually keep the patient nil per orally and give Anesthetic and Analgesic gels like Mucaine gel for oral consumption.
Patient also requires intravenous proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole to prevent stress ulcers.
Once patient is stable, endoscopy is also performed.
I would advice you to take this on serious note, as people who don't get treatment might get strictures in esophagus, stomach and intestine that can be troublesome.
So, don't try to treat her at home. Please take her to emergency.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
