Brief Answer:
The HIV risk is negligible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

You had a protected exposure first time. Second time also you were aware that she was holding the condom with your cum. It meant that this time also you were safe in your sex.
So your risk for HIV and Hepatitis B and C are negligible only.

Hi doctor ever since the incident I have a pimple kind of a thing on my tongue tip. I consulted a dentist and he said it might be trauma due to bite or hot food. I hope this is nothing relating to hiv. Also if I want to take a hiv test which one should I take and when

Brief Answer:
HIV DUO test 12 weeks after risk exposure is suggested

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Pimple like eruption over the tip of tongue can occur in many conditions to anybody without HIV infection. Nothing to worry. As your dentist told it will subside in a few days with or without treatment.
Regarding HIV test it is better to go for an ELISA or 4th generation DUO/COMBO test preferably 12 weeks after the last high risk activity to rule out both
HIV 1 and 2. There are tests available to have the test earlier, but they rule out only HIV 1 infection. You will see a HIV negative result.

Hi doctor just one more thing. I am not sure how the condom came in her hand. I am confused if it slipped after I ejaculated. Does this put me in any kind of risk of hiv. I asked her and she said she doesn't have any disease. But I am still unsure and anxious

Brief Answer:
Slip of condom unlikely as it had cum inside.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Usually condom slip is common before ejaculation due to vigorous action or due to shrunk penis. If the slip is after the ejaculation then the condom would not contain the ejaculum as the vulva approximates.
If you had seen the condom in her hands with the cum meant, it could have been intact till the ejaculation took place and got removed outside the vagina and so the possibility of slip is not there. So your risk is almost nil. Nothing to worry.
