Question : I was having sex with a condom and it came up missing. The same thing happen to the second condom as well. The next morning I decided to check vaginally (just to make sure they weren't stuck inside me). They were. I sell with them inside me for 6 hrs.

Are there any risks besides pregnancy/stds?

Do not worry . There are no risks beside pregnancy and STDs (due to condom method failure).
If the condoms had remained inside vagina for few days they would have attracted infection. But you have wisely checked the vagina and removed them within few hours. So don’t worry at all. Condoms inside vagina for few hours is not going to cause any harm to you.
