Question : Hello, i had tummy tuck with muscle tightening about a month 1/2 ago and i just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant. First question is.. is there any risk for my unborn baby? is it possible to get a surgeon to perform surgery on me again to undo those muscle stitches even tho I'm pregnant?

The muscle tightening will all become loosened up again due to pregnancy. There can be muscle tear also due to pregnancy. The unborn baby is safe as of now.
