Brief Answer:
possible but risky

Detailed Answer:
Hello
The more number of times that someone undergoes a Ceaserean Section, the risk is higher with each subsequent pregnancy. Two sections are quite ok. Getting pregnant a third time will also be possible. But having a third Ceaserean will be risky in terms of bleeding etc. If you wish for a third child, then yes, of course its possible. But you need to know that having more than 3 Ceaserean deliveries is not recommended. Im not sure what kind of family planning you had after the 2nd section since you havent specified. If you mean, you had a tubal ligation, then she will first have to undergo a tubal recanalisation and then try to get pregnant.
Chances of pregnancy after tubal recanalisation are about 50%.

Repeated Ceaserean sections can cause high risk of bleeding, uterine rupture etc.
