Brief Answer:
Can cause growth retardation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Any form of marijuana smoking can disrupt the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the fetus, which can result in restrictions in the growth of the fetus (including overall length, foot length, head size and body weight), and in rare cases premature birth. If used on daily basis it can cause mental retardation of the baby also.
If used only once or twice during pregnancy then it does not have any significant effect on the fetal growth and development. Avoid passive smoking as much as you can.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Thank you. I have never been a marijuana user especially during my pregnancy for we tried so long for our baby boy. However I was extremely stupid and did for first tIke at 28 weeks as I was told it would help me stop throwing up. That was the only time and I refuse to ever again. I am worried this will be in my babies meconium.. do you know if just one usage at 28 weeks will be present in his stool at birth??? I am very petite and active. I weigh 115 and 5' at 28 weeks. Please help me..

Brief Answer:
It will not affect baby.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Just a single usage will not cause any effect on the baby. This will not show in the meconium. It is best to stop worrying and never use it again.
Hope my answer is helpful.
