Brief Answer:
after consulting gynecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Firstly I would like to suggest you that it is not safe to take the MTP pill yourself without consulting a gynecologist.
At most places it is not an over the counter drug and is available only on prescription but if you already have prescription and procured the kit then it has a specific pattern of intake
Kit consists of one large tablet to be taken at once and then after 48 hours of that take the rest of the tablets In kit which are four in number.
After taking full kit, abortion occurs anytime between 6 hours to 5 days.
But in few patients there can be an incomplete abortion or excessive bleeding per vaginum and in that case you have to visit a gynecologist.
I hope I have answered your question but in case you have other questions I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
incomplete abortion

Detailed Answer:
As it is there are no immediate side effects.
Problem is related to incomplete abortion and excessive amount of bleeding.
All four are to be taken together vaginally after 48 hours if first tablet.
All the best.

How to insert those four medicine at a time vaginally and I mean how much depth or any particular suggestions for that? Till how much time we should wait and watch?what are the complications can be found and in which situation we should go to doctor.?

Brief Answer:
excessive bleeding most common

Detailed Answer:
Most common complication she can have is excessive amount of bleeding so rush to the hospital there and then.
Insert in vagina till where her finger comfortably reaches.
Try to consult a doctor beforehand and check her availability so as to rush to her in case complication arises.
Abortion completes within 2-5 days so wait for bleeding to stop till one week after insertion of misoprostol.
Take care.
