Question : i started gymming...bought protein powder 6 month muscletech nitro-tech ..but it has been expired on 31-aug....request you suggest whether can i use the protein or not..
Brief Answer:
Best to avoid
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
I think you should definitely avoid using an expired protein powder/product
the reasons are as follows
1. the powder starts getting denatured. So it is not as useful as it should be
2. the denaturation of the powder yields side substances some of which can be damaging
3. there is always a chance of infection
I will suggest to change the box
Best of luck
