Brief Answer:
You can use combined Paracetamol-Codein.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for asking directly.

Lyrica possible side effects include disequilibrium, dizziness, somnolence, incoordination, speech disorders, nervousness, confusion etc.

You can use a combined drug (Paracetamol 325 mg + Codeine 30 mg) for your symptoms to improve ( if you are not alergic to it).

Remember Lyrica should be tapered and not stopped suddenly to avoid undesirable effects. ( in the end use 50 mg Lyrica for a week).
Hope I helped you get better. If you have further questions feel free to ask.

Brief Answer:
You could take one tablet every 6 hours.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

There are combinations of Paracetamol-Codeine 500mg/30 mg also ( Co-Codamol, Codipar, Paracodol, Tylex) that you can use one dose every 6 hours for about 2-3 weeks.

If you can't find these combinations, you can use Paracetamol- Codeine 500mg/8 mg four times per day also for about one month.

Hope this helps. Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
You can use Tylex and Lyrica simultaneously.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

Tylex and Lyrica belong to two different medicament groups and there is no contradiction of using them simultaneously.

If Tylex is used for a short period of time, there is no need for lab tests.

If it's used for more than a month, there is need to evaluate liver function by lab tests, because of potential effects of Paracetamol on liver cells.

Hope this helps. Best regards.
