Question : I think I have a rash reaction to acetaminophen ... what are my options?

I have gone through your query.
In general, acetaminophen is well-tolerated when administered in therapeutic doses.
Hypersensitivity side effects including anaphylaxis, rashes, itching, and fixed drug eruptions have been reported rarely in association with acetaminophen use.

It is difficult to comment on the rash without examination, kindly upload the photos for better assessment, but I feel it is less likely to be due to drug, if you do not have any other medical condition.
