Question: My doctor diagonises "Urticaria"
i took allegra 180mg tablet is that good, or any side effects is there. when i took the medicine that problem was not there, if i stops it will raised..

This substance may be airborne, new type of clothes/cosmetics etc. There is a huge range of possible allergens.

One of the best ways would be to avoid the allergens. howerver, as described, it is not always possible to avoid allergens.
Therefore doctors often prescribe anti allergens to cure rashes and urticaria.
Allegra 180 is one such medicine. Now like every medicine, even this has some side effects. But the medicine is relatively safe. The most important side effects are drowsiness and feeling of dry mouth.
In view of your condition, I would suggest that you should take the prescrption and try it before giving up on the medicines
