Question : I have BPH Cialis is said to be the best for this. What are side problems with this medication.

If you have BPH and ED, Cialis may be a good choice.
The main side effects are headache, back pain, muscular pain, dyspepsia, GERD, Sore throat and respiratory infections.
It can have very severe adverse interaction with nitrates and should be avoided by any one taking nitrates.
