Question : Hi, I'm 66 and have reconnected with a former girl friend from 40 years ago!!!!!
We have fallen madly in love again and the inevitable is going to happen tomorrow. I haven't had any contact with any female in about 15 years (my marriage broke up in 2013 and the last 10 years of that were endured, not enjoyed) I asked my Dr. yesterday if I require a prescription for Viagra and he gave 2 packs of Cialis. There is little information only that a XXXXXXX of 1 tablet per day. If I happen to find I need to resort to this how long before any physical encounter do I need to take the tablet, how long does it last, and any side effects? XXXXXXX

If you are going to use Cialis (Tadalafil) in your sexual encounter ,you need to take it 30-60 min before the encounter (before or after a meal).
The effect of Cialis can last up to 36 hours.
