Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
In the early stages of use of FEBUXOSTAT, one tends to get nausea,diarrhoea,gout flare up,rash etc.
Prolonged use may cause some derangement of liver function tests and oedema,however side effects tend to be more if doses used are 80 mg.
Use of lesser dose like 40 mg is generally safer.
