i-pill has no long term side effects and doesn't effect future pregnancy, but should be taken only and strictly as "EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTIVE PILL" and not on regular basis.

In this situation, your time of having intercourse was high risk time, but since you have taken i-pill within 24 hours, there are very less chances that you would get pregnant.
In case you miss your periods on due date, write to me again.
A lot many people get a few irregular cycles after taking i-pill.
As far as your query is concerned, there won't be any effect of taking a single dose of i-pill in future on your pregnancy.
