Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be a side effect of Levofloxacin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thanks for the query.
There is no documented interaction between Ursodiol and Levofloxacin.
Ursodiol is a bile acid and its clinical use is mainly in dissolving cholesterol gall stones and treatment of Primary Biliary Cirrhosis. It is sometimes used off label in Non alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Side effects of ursodiol are diarrhea, constipation, upset stomach, indigestion
back pain, muscle and joint pains.
The common side effects of Levofloxacin are nausea, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, or insomnia. It can rarely cause damage of the tendons. It may also increase the risk of an yeast infection.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Stop Levofloxacin

Detailed Answer:
What was the indication for taking Levofloxacin? It is an antibiotic which is normally given for 5, 7 or 10 days usually. In most countries , it will have to be prescribed by a doctor and will not be refilled automatically.
Stop it immediately and you would feel better if the discomfort is due to the same. Kidney function and blood count and liver function tests should be done.
Unless the ALP and GGT are elevated, the ursodiol also may be discontinued. The evidence of it helping in Fatty liver is not very strong.
