Question : I take levothyroxine 50 tablet once a day by mistake I took another one at 8:15pm I took one this morning at 6:30 am I thought it was my allergic medicine will I have any side effects?

Noted the question. The dose what you have taken is not very huge and please don't worry about it. You may experience palpitations for few hours and apart from that, very unlikely to get any other issues. Did you have any heart issues before?
Please skip one dose tomorrow and restart the normal dose later on.
