Question : While trying to set my digestive tract for a 2 week trial of Linzess I realize that I am going to be required hold my gastric waste, After a total clean out , how much waste can I handle till next cleanout. The setup is for Linzess I hope this doesn't seem petty, but it worries me.

The maximum tolerable waste which you can handle with minimum distress is 2-3 loose stools a day.

In case if the frequency of loose stool is beyond 4/day, it's advisable to stop LINZESS.
