Brief Answer:
You need immediate medical assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Lisinopril is a commonly used antihypertensive drug that is usually well tolerated. It has a good share of potential side effects though. The side effects that you mentioned are not very common (2% or less). Chills and shaking imply an infection. Whether this could be attributed to the drug or not, I cannot tell. There isn't enough information for that.
Nausea is another side effect of the drug (probably). 2% of lisinopril users experience nausea.
If you've got an infection (attributable to the drug or not) you need immediate medical assessment. You shouldn't just wait to see if it gets better because nobody can tell what is the cause of this infection and how serious it is.
Nausea will probably get better with dose de-escalation very soon. If it doesn't then perhaps your doctor should consider other alternatives to lisinopril.
I hope you get better soon!
If you need further assistance, please let me know.
Kind Regards!
