what is the correct dose for seacod capsules.
my age is 23. Should i take it with milk or water?

I am taking seacod to get omega 3 fatty acids. I workout in gym. So they only suggest me to take omega 3 capsules. If seacod has side effects please suggest me some good capsules for omega 3.
