Question : my name : XXXXXXX XXXXXXX my age 50 I am working in gulf country with oil and gas company my problem is long time I am suffering from pre mature ejaculation and I tried normal hand ayurvadic technique for its but it is not satisfaction and at present I am facing other problem last one month I cant do sex because my penis not erecting ( not standup) I am healthy person and I don't have any bed habit like alcohol smoking tobacco and I am pure vegiterian person every year company will do medical every thing normal every day I am walking 30 to 45 minit but still I am not consulting any doctor about this matter but now I need some medician or consulting with doctor I don't know so please give me good medician or give good sugation to sholw my above problem

Long time pre mature ejaculation causes loss of self esteem and confidence . There is always self doubts about your virility. It causes more anxiety and depression, making the condition worse . I presume you have been checked for diabetes, hypertension. Overweight and ageing effects can cause ED. I suggest you to get a morning 8.30 AM Free Testosterone Level done as well as PSA level. Once I get the reports, I shall try to help you in a best possible way. Let me tell you, this is eminently treatable condition so relax , It is good you have not taken medicine without consulting the doctor. Medicines can be good in certain cases but worsen others so let us first try to figure out the cause .
