Question : My girlfriend took 3 plan B one step in the past two weeks. Is everything ok, she feels sick sometimes with her stomach.

Plan B is only for emergency contraception and should not be taken in this way. Remember these are all hormones and you should not allow them to play with your body's normal hormonal system.
Now since she has taken Plan B three times she would definitely feel these symptoms of abdominal pain , nausea and bloating.
You may give her a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
If she gets any severe pain or withdrawal excessive menstrual bleeding then she would need to see doctor.
