Dear Ms
Pregabid or Pregabalin is a new class of anticonvulsant. It does cause increased appetite leading to weight gain and dryness of skin as it's important side effects.
I would suggest the following remedy
1. Ensure good intake of water: 2 to 3 liter a day
2. Local application of aloe vera based hair cream will be beneficial
3 30 minutes of brisk walking everyday will be helpful

For dry hairs I would advise the following
1. Hibiscus plant leaves and flower petals grinded in mixer along with water and applied over the weekend on scalp
2. Massage with almond oil thrice a week will be beneficial
3. Use Hair conditioner after shampooing hairs atleast twice a week
