Question : Sir I am 68yrs old and sufferinf from high BP and sugar for last 6yrs earlier my dr. has given me Metolar XR-100 which was keeping my BP 130/75, now due not avalability he has given me ProlometXL 100.pl. advice if any adverse effect of this medicine or it is also alright.thanks.
