Statins are very safe drugs (have minor or no side effects) and fenofibrate is normally not uniformly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract.But since the ingested dose is on quiet higher side you might have muscle ache, nausea, pain abdomen, bloating and acidity.

As per your description since you have taken Rozavel f before now, I were assess your vitals and induce vomiting (ipecac or salt water) which requires medical monitoring.This results in the expulsion of the tablets and thus reduced absorption and prevents the occurrence of side effects.Suggest to visit an emergency department in the near by hospital.

Each tablet of Rozavel contains 10mg of rosuvastatin and 160mg of fenofibrate.Thus, 10 tablets contain 100mg of rosuvastatin and 1600mg of fenofibrate which is 10 times the conventional dose.
